At Nombre de tu Empresa S.A. de C.V., your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following exchange and return options.
1. Return Period
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of package delivery. If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Exceptions: Returns are not accepted on personal use items, perishable goods, or gift cards.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please send an email to legal@tutienda.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs showing the condition of the item. Our team will provide instructions and, where applicable, the corresponding shipping label.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product), Nombre de tu Empresa S.A. de C.V. will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to a size exchange, model exchange, or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
