1. Processing Times

All orders placed at Nombre de tu Empresa S.A. de C.V. are processed within the first business day following payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official holidays.

2. Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Local Delivery: 24 to 48 hours.

  • Standard National Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Applies to orders over $1,499 MXN.

3. Delivery Coverage

We ship throughout Mexico via recognized courier services. If the delivery address is considered an “extended zone”, the delivery time may be longer.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives with visible damage, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at legal@tutienda.com or by phone at 55 1234 5678 within 24 hours, attaching photos of the package’s condition to initiate the claim with the courier.
